Sifu Jim Poulsen has been teaching Ip Man Ving Tsun for 7 years in Cache Valley, and travels extensively to Hong Kong and China to increase his knowledge of this very exclusive martial art.

Adults Classes are on Tues. and Thurs. nights from 6 - 8 pm, Sat. 9 - 11 am, and kids classes are Weds. from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.
