Phillip R. Shaw returned to Cache Valley in 2008, after practicing for five years in Sacramento California. While in Sacramento, he represented Allstate Insurance Agency on all of their subrogation claims on the west coast. Since his return to Logan, Phill has focused his practice on municipal law, insurance law, immigration law, and estate planning. Dustin D. Ericson returned to Cache Valley in 2007, after spending several years in Northern California. While in California, Dustin worked at the District Attorney's Office for San Joaquin County. Since his return to Logan, Dustin has focused his practice on estate planning, adoption, guardianships, and corporation creation. Dustin received his B.A. from Utah State University and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific.
