Kevin K. Allen (Managing Partner) has been practicing law in Cache Valley since 1998. Prior to his work in Cache Valley, Kevin spent 8 years in the Navy as a JAG Attorney. Since his arrival in Cache Valley, Kevin has focused his practice on estate planning, corporation creation, and civil litigation. Kevin has also handled countless cases involving estate planning for persons with disabilities. Kevin received his B.A. from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. Dustin D. Ericson (Partner) returned to Cache Valley in 2007, after spending several years in Northern California. While in California, Dustin worked at the District Attorney's Office for San Joaquin County. Since his return to Logan, Dustin has focused his practice on estate planning, adoption, guardianships, and corporation creation. Dustin received his B.A. from Utah State University and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific.
