Moving to a new area is always a task to find qualified and professional services. We first went to Master Mechanic with a problem of my wife's car. Chris at Master Mechanics went above and beyond diagnosing the problem with my wife's Saab. Saab is a company which has propritary diagnostic software which, unfortunately, Master Mechanics did not have. However, Chris identified the problem and referred us to the Saab dealership in Salt Lake City. To my surprise, Master Mechanics did not charge the diagnostic because they were not able to solve the problem. I was impressed by this because they are committed to customer satisfaction and service. Needless to say, we have taken all of our vehicles to them over the past 3 years and have been impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and pricing.
In a different situation, and as an advisory board member to American Red Cross of the Cache County Community, I approached Randy at Master Mechanic and asked him to peform a diagnostic on a truck that had been donated to the local chapter of Red Cross. They committed to provide the diagnostic as a kind service to the Red Cross. To my surprise, I received a call from Master Mechanic stating that as part of their commitment to the Cache Valley community, they (as a group) and their parts distributor wanted to donate their time and parts needed to repair the Red Cross truck as a kind service. As a result, their contributions to the repair of that pickup truck (that will respond to disasters and fires where we all live) was nearly 2000 dollars. What else can I say about Master Mechanic? Randy, Chris, Dustin (the new guy), Heather, Chase, the front office staff, and all the mechanics are trustworthy, fair, honest, and have a true commitment to the community to which we all live in.
I would not hesitate to recommend Master Mechanic to anyone in the Valley because they are reputable and truely committed to the people they serve in Cache Valley.

I needed to get some work done on my 1991 Subaru Legacy. I called many repair shops in the Logan area. Every call I asked for an estimate and over the phone listened closely to how helpful, understanding, and experienced each technician was. I was quite suprized to learn the differences in estimated cost. Master Mechanic had them all beat by 15% or more! I spoke with Randy on the phone and instantly knew he was on the ball. He knew his stuff and cared about me as the customer. When I payed for the labor and parts the total was exactly what I'd been promised.
